If you are in the mood for some steaks, then Stetson's is your best bet. The restaurant is situated in the classy Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel and surely keeps up to its standards. The green walls, glass ceiling, mellow lighting, and checkered chairs create a cozy and quiet ambiance. You can watch the chef doing what he does best - cooking up a delicacy - in the exhibition cooking area. Porterhouse Steak, Wagyu London Broil, Lake Superior White Fish, Lobster Tail, and Filet are worth a try. Stetson's also features Jazz music from Monday through Saturday.
