You will dine in an intimate Victorian room, with luxurious appointments (think mirrors, chandeliers, crystal, china and fine linens). Tallgrass's menu offers fixed price options for four- and five-course meals. Appetizers, such as the trio of multi-flavored soups, are deliciously creative. The entrees range from beef tenderloin to lobster medallions to sesame crusted tuna; and range from good to fabulous. Desserts are always a pleasure, and can include berry tarts, crepes and white chocolate mousse.
