Named for a local police officer who was killed on the job, this park offers the chance for youngsters to interact with farm animals and to explore a one-room school house. There are also several gardens, a playground, crafts, a nature trail and a fishing pond. Admission is free, but birthday packages are available for those seeking a memorable experience.
