Chillingsworth still holds the mantle for offering the best dining experience on all of Cape Cod. All the superlatives—exquisite food, outstanding service, enviable wine list, romantic ambiance—come with a price, but one so worthwhile that the only difficulty comes in acquiring a reservation. The menu changes seasonally, with options such as Carpaccio of Veal with Truffle Oil and Loin of Lamb with Fig Tart. Those not up for the full seven-course experience of the main dining room should patronize the more casual Bistro.
