The Christmas Stroll, actually a weekend during the longer island holiday celebration called Nantucket Noel, is an island must. There is a Historic Holiday House Tour on Friday and a holiday concert on Sunday. A stroll along beautifully decorated Main Street is complemented by Christmas carolers in period dress and friendly shopkeepers offering an eggnog toast upon entering their shop.
