Tucked away on winding roads behind the Museum of Fine Arts, is a beautiful park of manicured lawns, bridges, ponds and flower beds. In the summer, the gated Rose Garden explodes into aromatic pink, white, yellow and red. More varied horticulture can be found in the Victory Gardens, a community garden with hundreds of well-tended plots. Cross a few bridges and you will discover the running track, basketball courts and softball fields. No green space in Boston offers a more peaceful oasis than the Back Bay Fens. Open from 7.30 am daily.

Great summer fun! The water play areas are great for kids and adults.
Okokokok, I admit it. I'd like to get married here. This place is beautiful at every hour of the day.
What can I say that hasn't already been said?: I feel as if this place is a hidden gem. Sure, it does get good crowds of people and it's right next to one...
An interesting place to walk during the day; but for safety's sake, avoid after dark.
In ShortBeautiful plants and trees liven its landscape year round and in May, flowering dogwoods offer truly spectacular scenery. The park
Seems to be quite popular
even after dark. ;o)
