Experience some good food from El Salvador. In particular, try the pupusa. A national snack in this Central American country, the Pupusa is piping-hot tortilla filled to the brim with meat, beans and cheese and covered in a sauce of your choice. Try the Black Rice or Fried Yucca (a starchy root) as a side dish. The food can be messy and perhaps is not the healthiest choice. However, this tiny take-out spot is a good place for a quick lunch or dinner.
