At Sonoma the regular cuisine is conspicuous by its absence but that will not deter the die hard foodie to try an interesting entree like the mushroom crusted fillet of Norwegian salmon. Now you think the cuisine is Scandinavian? Heck no! Wait till you see the pan seared ahi tuna and "masoor Dal" with Indian spices going! Fresh seasonal ingredients are this reataurant's forte and the continental kitchen does several somersaults as far as innovations are in question. The wine lovers will enjoy the gurgling and flowing Pinot Noir on their tables. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5 pm onwards
