When it comes to tapas bars, Toro is sure to please. Come here on the weekend and you'll find the place packed with fun-loving diners and boisterous music. Depending on how crowded it gets, there can be something of a wait. But the tapas themselves, delicious! Try the Garlic Shrimp or Cortada with cheese—with more than 20 tapas to choose from you'll be sure to recommend at least a few to friends.
