The mantra at Paolo's is that food is just like love because 'Though filling, it should leave you wanting more'. With the emphasis on serving fresh foods, this restaurant offers a range of delicious appetizers, salads, pizzas and of course, the Italian favorite, pasta. Aside from these, some of the entrees, such as the veal milanese and grilled Atlantic salmon are worth a try, as are the seasonal wines and martinis. The menu is changed twice yearly, so as to add variety and excitement. Paolo's also hosts private gatherings, at which it presents a special menu.
