Its prime Inner Harbor location, wide variety of offerings and friendly staff make this busy Baltimore institution a great place for first-time visitors to get acquainted with the city's number one culinary attraction: the Blue Crab. The tasty crustaceans are served in many forms: Crab Imperial, crab dip, crab cakes. Other places may do individual dishes better, but Phillips does a lot of things very well. The décor may tend toward chrome-plated sterility, but the atmosphere is pure fun.
