Situated in the shadow of the Table Rock Dam, this hatchery serves as the primary source of rainbow and brown trout in Taneycomo Lake. A large aquarium showcases some of the largest trout you will ever see, and there are several fishing areas are on site. Guided and self-guided tours are available to take you through the process of rearing trout for conservation purposes, and four nature trails are on hand to lead you through interpretative hikes in the nearby hills. There is no charge for admission.
