Grandfather Mountain is the highest peak in the Blue Ridge Mountains and is a truly rustic and fun adventure that includes a swinging bridge that sways a mile above the valley floor. Be sure to bring your camera to capture your treasured experience. There is also a museum filled with history and facts. Closed on the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The admission fees are USD14 for adults (13-59 years), USD12 for senior citizens (60 years and above), USD6 for children (4-12 years) and under 4 years is free.
