Locals love chef/owner Tom Gaddy's juicy, delicious beef burgers, cooked in Guinness beer and made to order. Insiders say the secret is healthy ingredients - everything except the ketchup is homemade. From the Plain Jane to the Blackened Blue, burgers come with all the fixins': lettuce, marinated tomato and caramelized onions. Ask for Wedges on the side – sweet and red potato home fries tossed with herbs. Friday night, you'll likely wait for a seat, but you will be entertained once you get one as each table top has been decoupaged with a fun theme like 1960's Playboy ads and Mad Magazine clippings. Great food and a warm neighborhood atmosphere are well worth the wait. -Nadine Naujoks
