Bubba's interiors are simple to the core—wood paneled walls, linoleum floors and a tiled ceiling. Country music plays, not on a juke box, or live, but on a speaker. But all of the above doesn't bother patrons at all. It offers the finest slow cooked pork and homemade Bubba sauces that everyone hankers for. Hickory wood is used in the process and hence hickory smoke flavor exudes from your succulent chunks of meat. Go for the Packman Platter or the ribs and chicken. And round it off with a Hot Fudge Sunday, maybe on a Sunday!
