Pewter Rose Bistro draws inspiration from all of the cultures that have come together to form the American melting pot. Fresh, local ingredients are always featured, but they are presented in a variety of creative, worldly ways. From Mexican, Middle-Eastern, and Hawaiian appetizers to Spanish, Italian, and Moroccan entrees, the whole world is on display. American standards like crab cakes and a grilled ribeye round out the menu. The bistro's wine list is 500-strong, and all can be ordered over dinner or at the full bar. By night, Pewter Rose is home to Tutto Mondo, a velvet-draped nightclub with energetic DJs, ace bartenders, and ready access to the bistro's full menu.
