The objective of the Chicken Bone Beach Jazz Concerts every year is to celebrate African-American history in Atlantic City. During July and August, jazz artists such as Julius Tolentino, Melissa Nadel, Eric Wortham and Helen Sung commemorate the struggle through segregation in the 1960's. Located on the Boardwalk are the concerts, a Miss America Parade, photo exhibits, fundraisers, family programs and more.
