If you've been wondering why the unusual name, you'll notice that it's the abbreviation for Noodles of the World. Borgata Hotel's N.O.W. offers noodle preparations from Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok and Cleveland. The menu features rice noodles cooked with beef, fish and eggs. For a big appetite, a Vietnamese Rare Beef or Sliced Cha siu style Roast Pork would be more than enough. Sliced Barbecue Pork, Bacon roll (ground shrimp/ crispy bacon/ water chestnut/ wasabi cream sauce) or Kim Chi (pickled napa cabbage/ radish/ chili peppers/ garlic/ fish sauce) are smaller servings just enough to keep you satisfied for a while.
