Although not exactly a noodle bar, the Royal Noodle House at Showboat The Mardi Gras Casino is the casino's only Asian cuisine offering. Expect to find all the usual Asian fare—noodle and dim-sum dishes are the most popular. The Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese preparations are surprisingly authentic, thanks to the expert chefs.
