AquaKnox is highlighted by a water encased walk-in wine cellar and a state of the art open kitchen. It is rated as the "Best new restaurant in Las Vegas" by The Travel Channel and offers fresh seafood. It offers a private banquet room seating up to 70 guests and a chef's table for ten with a five-course tasting menu and wine presented by the chef himself. The menu primarily consists of seafood with stone crab claws, caviar, lobster and fillet mignon.
