If you're ever in Las Vegas looking for the best spot to catch some waves, chances are you don't understand the mechanics of surfing. The restaurant's Southern California-centric menu focuses on interesting pizza topping combinations like barbecue chicken and red onions, or sun dried tomato and spinach, artichoke hearts with roasted garlic cream sauce, as well old favorite like pepperoni and cheese, or sausage and fresh mushrooms. Other specialties include baby back ribs, salads, and Pizza Bread Sandwiches-which are very similar to the traditional California style wrap, except with pizza bread instead of a tortilla.
