Border Grill is one of the best Mexican restaurants in town, with the feel of Baja. The restaurant itself is a piece of art. Two stories of balconies and courtyards feature bright colors and strong line drawings. Dine in the attractive interior or outside on the patio, amid tiki torches and a view of Mandalay Bay's impressive "beach" area. It specializes in fresh seafood dishes and traditional Mexican fare lovingly prepared and served.
