Besides having the luxury of being located in the Four Seasons Hotel, this restaurant has been an extremely popular dining destination for guests and visitors alike. Entree selections include herb-crusted salmon with summer vegetable ratatouille and balsamic syrup as well as roasted lobster and 11-ounce filet mignon options. Additional dishes include oysters on the half shell and a 'pastramied' duck salad. The meat dishes are flavorful and succulent, accurately transforming Charlie Palmer's steakhouse into Las Vegas Review-Journal's 'Best Steakhouse in Las Vegas'.
