Diablo's Cantina is a plush Mexican restaurant located in the Monte Carlo Hotel Casino. It is an amalgamation of the hotel with Light Group, which is the best nightlife, hospitality and lifestyle development organization in the US. So, having the best of both worlds, the restaurant has live bands which goes perfectly well with the irresistible Mexican food. The place is on two floors. On the first floor is the main dining area, which also has a frozen/specialty bar situated in a hip lounge. On the second floor is an airy center bar used as a stage for live performances and weekend DJ's. The mouth watering menu includes Diablo's beef chilli nachos, a spicy grilled shrimp quesadilla with an array of appetizers, salads and sandwiches.
