One of the best restaurants in Las Vegas for authentic French fare is the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. Housed in a the Eiffel Tower replica, the restaurant occupies the 11th storey and is considered a 'jewel' in the crown of the Paris Las Vegas hotel. Sumptuous French offering served with French hospitality is sure to linger in your memories forever. Cold Smoked Salmon with Condiments or a Warm Lobster Salad, Fennel, Ruby Grapefruit and Baby Cress are more filling than appetizers. Caviar, fish, meat, and a variety of vegetarian fare makes choosing really difficult. Enjoy your food while watching the amazing views of the Strip!
