Empress Court is located in Caesars Palace Hotel Casino. A tropical fish tank built into the wall is the highlight of the light, sophisticated atmosphere at this upscale restaurant. There are lots of dishes on the menu, but prearranged selections make the decision making easy. Try starting off with the Crispy Crabmeat Seaweed Rolls, working up to the Stir-Fried Prime Sirloin and Chicken with Oyster Sauce, and don't forget to add some beloved fried rice. The food and presentations are more elegant than your average Chinese restaurant, and unfortunately that's reflected in the prices. But for a lovely meal, Empress Court won't disappoint.
