If the New York-New York Hotel & Casino is the Las Vegas version of the Big Apple, then Il Fornaio is its little Italy. Dine in elegance inside the restaurant or sit "outside" near the hotel's indoor stream and enjoy an authentic Italian meal. The restaurant features homemade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, grilled steak, duck and fish. But you'll have to pry yourself away from their bread steeped in olive oil or you won't even make it to the main course.
