Located within the The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino, Mainland serves authentic Chinese cuisine. The menu chiefly comprises of noodles cooked in the several sauces and spices of China that have influenced several other cuisines. China, being a large country, each of its regions uses unique combinations of similar ingredients, creating a taste that is particularly Chinese. These can be sampled by guests at the Mainland in the traditional Chinese communal seating. With a large space of 7500 sq.ft, around 225 patrons can partake of a meal simultaneously. The decor of the place is sharp owing to the use of geometric designs which emphasize the size of the place even more.
