This southwest link of the chain that began in New York opened in 2004. Located in Caesar's Palace, the dining room has a definite Vegas flair with bold colors and luxurious fabrics. Celebrity chef owner, Bobby Flay offers an intriguing menu which includes New Mexican Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon-Ancho Chile Sauce, Sweet Potato Tamale, and Crushed Pecan Butter. Make sure to save room for dessert as many of pastry chef Viki Wells's confections are not to be missed. The bar features top-shelf tequila and mezcal alongside an extensive wine list.
