This southwest link of the chain that began in New York opened in 2004. Located in Caesar's Palace, the dining room has a definite Vegas flair with bold colors and luxurious fabrics. Celebrity chef owner, Bobby Flay offers an intriguing menu which includes New Mexican Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon-Ancho Chile Sauce, Sweet Potato Tamale, and Crushed Pecan Butter.
