This venue, located in the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, offers Chinese cuisine that showcases both Canton and Shanghai styles of cooking in a black, red, and silver dining room. All dishes are served family style, so groups can choose two or three items to share. Though the menu changes seasonally, signature dishes include Spider Prawn Dumplings, Crispy Garlic Chicken, and Fire-roasted Mongolian Beef. Save room for one of their inventive desserts such as the White Chocolate Cylinder, featuring a tower of white chocolate mousse topped with a sugared rose petal, and served with squares of strawberry rose petal gelee, cappuccino foam, and balsamic strawberry gelato with graham cracker crumbs.
