After all the popularity it received in L.A., Sushi Roku has ventured into Las Vegas. The interiors have a Zen like ambiance and the food of course is Modern Japanese. You'll find appetizers, such as Oshinko, which is a dish of pickeld Japanese vegetables. At the sushi bar, try out the wide assortment of sushi dishes. For entrées, you can go with the Teriyaki or Tempura. If you can't make up your mind, you can go ahead with the daily specials. There is also a list of beverages to choose from. The Red Sun is a beer especially brewed for Sushi Roku.
