The upscale Terra Verde is found inside Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino, and is where the third season of the popular reality show Hell's Kitchen was filmed. Executive chef Massimilliano Campanari, who had previously worked at the Wynn's Bartolotta Ristorante Di Mare, was born and raised in Genova, Italy, therefore every dish is refreshingly authentic. The menu centers on homemade pastas, fresh fish, and meats. One of the Chef's Favorite is the Involtini di Vitello: pan-seared veal rolls with prosciutto, fontina, sage, spinach, and veal sauce. Another attraction that the restaurant has is its massive wine cellar, which holds 1,500 bottles of premier California and Italian wines.
