Twin Creeks, located in the Silverton Hotel and Casino, is a steakhouse with quality steaks at prices not often found in Las Vegas. Specializing in both seafood and beef, the restaurant also has an extensive wine list. Try the Maple Cured Salmon & Golden Beefs appetizer, or for an entrée, the Bourbon Barbecued Bone-in Rib Eye served medium rare. The atmosphere is welcoming, with friendly servers and a lodge-like feel. Warm colors, leather-clad walls, and wood floors set off the stone fireplace and reflect a move towards the outdoors.
