Chef Gian Paolo Belloni brings a rich history of tradition to his family's first United States location at the Venetian Hotel. It is located in the Venetian Hotel, with a bar on the first floor, and the restaurant on the second - accessible by elevator. A portion of the dining area overlooks the Gondola Rides. The menu features Italian cuisine and Pasta with Pesto which is a specialty. Fish courses include Jumbo Shrimp in Saffron Sauce and Tuna Steak with Tomatoes and Mushrooms. On Saturday and Sunday, brunch is served with complimentary champagne and cocktails. There is a strolling violinist and a piano bar for all of you music lovers.
