When you see the big, grey barn while driving along Route 25 in Peconic, you know that you have arrived at Ackerly Pond Vineyards. This barn has been a landmark of the North Fork for 100 years and is now home to the quaint and comfortable tasting room for Ackerly Pond Vineyards. Every weekend from April through December, as well as on some holidays, guests are invited to visit the tasting room and gift shop, as well as lead themselves on a self-guided tour through the 85 acres of lush vineyards. Be sure to sample their fantastic Merlot.
