The owner of Bedell is actually New Line Cinema Co-CEO Michael Lynne, who brought a few wine-makers in from the Napa Valley to raise the bar of wine making on Long Island. The tasting house is in the original 1919 barn with a pavilion out back overlooking the hundreds of acres of vineyards and farmland. Visitors feel as though they just stepped onto a movie set, with the breathtaking views of the North Fork.
