This small, intimate day spa can only serve four clients at a time, making it a truly serene and private experience. Located on the Upper East Side, Metamorphosis Day Spa is decorated to be "a little bit of heaven" and offers an extensive array of massages, facials and other beauty treatments. Metamorphosis also offers several treatments designed specifically for its male clientele. Because it's so small, Metamorphosis requires reservations three days in advance and strictly enforces its 24 hours in advance cancellation policy.
