The French Culinary Institute is a world-class school that offers amateur and advanced culinary courses. The school's instructors feature expert chefs who are big in the restaurant industry. The in-house award-winning restaurant has managed to create a niche in the New York restaurant scene, and the International Culinary Theater has been appreciated for conducting lectures and demonstrations by celebrity chefs who are part of their alumni.
