This quaint winery offers a warm atmosphere to visitors, who can sample the delicious wined in the bistro-style tasting room. Unlike most Long Island wineries, Waters Crest is purely a winery and not a vineyard. They use grapes and other fruits from different local vineyards, creating a flavor that is uniquely their own. If you can't make it to the winery, visit their second tasting room at the Hamptons Wine Boutique in West Hampton. Do be sure to try the delicious Night Watch 2005 dessert wine, which is simply amazing.
