DB Bistro Moderne is one of the many dining places that come under the ownership of restaurateur Daniel Boulud—that's what the 'DB' in the name stands for. The bistro offers a variety of French dishes using fresh ingredients with an American touch added to it. Upholstered ceilings, carved wooden furnishings, and the glass and metal decor strike the right mood. To satiate your appetite, have a taste of Bacon-Veiled Salmon, Organic Chicken Breast, or Lamb Raviole, and try Chilled Watermelon Consommé for dessert. Don't forget to have a bite of fromage (cheese), because without that the French experience would be nullified! Call for hours.
