When translated from Italian to English, the name Fascino means charm and fascination. Ryan DePersio, chef and partner of the restaurant, brings the best of Italian cuisine to New Jersey. For a taste of it, try Puree of Kobacha Squash Soup with Oregano Crema and Hazelnut Oil or Black Sea Bass, Steamed Leeks, Slow Roasted Peppers, and a Lemon Parsley Emulsion or Hand Made Ravioli of the Day. The décor glows in rich gold and burgundy colours. Also you will be pleasantly surprised by the impeccable service here—after all, they claim to treat customers "like family"!
