This high caliber Japanese restaurant features exquisite sushi, greaseless tempura, extraordinary specials, elegant décor and a large bill; most people would agree it is worth every penny. Owner Nobu Matsuhisa (who is a partner here and at Next Door Nobu along with Drew Nieperont and Robert De Niro) features a mix of traditional Japanese food, with some French and even Peruvian touches. A piece of sashimi may be sprinkled with fresh chiles, and sauteed sea bass topped with seared foie gras. Try the chef's tasting menu for a real treat.
