With only 15 tables, reservations two months in advance are recommended to take in a beautiful view of Central Park while enjoying contemporary American cuisine with French influences like Sabayon of Oysters and Caviar, Kobe Beef with Marrow, Chilled Sweet Corn Soup, and Apricot Sorbet.
