Rhapsody is the combined effort of the Restaurant Management students of the Statler Hotel School. It's a comfortable place, serving large portions of a variety of delicacies and students' creations. The name 'Rhapsody' reflects the students' enthusiasm and urge to experiment with flavors—be it the Steak, Salmon or Mahi Mahi, it is bound to taste a bit different than usual. Now this is what you would call 'learning on the job'.
