This Niagara Falls tour company offers the services of 23 guides and 12 air-conditioned vans escorting more than 65,000 customers on visits to the Falls. The company offers a choice of three guided tours, each including a ride aboard the Maid of the Mist. The tours offer the four-hour American/Canadian, viewing the falls; the four-hour American, featuring the Cave of the Winds; and the Illumination, same as first or second tour, but including the nighttime illumination of the Falls.

scam
the tour started 3o minutes late and i feel it was done so that all the spots adverised could not be covered.the tour company spent 13.50 for maid of the mist boat!thats all.the fee wasz a whopping 62$!rest all were free entry.ITs better to get a discovery pass worth 33$ with transoirtation included from the park authority rather than this piece of shit.the operator skipped cave of the winds.all the attractions are walkable from each other.this is a total scam
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...stay way
We happen to take the ALL AMERICAN ILLUMINATION TOUR scheduled to begin at 5:45 pm and end at 10 pm. The representative at the desk told us ALL the points in the tour will be covered in 4 hours without any problems despite the rush. Hence, I bought 4 adult tickets as we had 2 senior citizens. The tour started at ~ 6:15 pm.The bus driver told us that they will begin the tour with maid of the mist as the last trip there stops at 8:00 pm. Being summer the falls are actually NOT illuminated until after 9:00 pm so no illumination as the tour advertises. Later, there was huge crowd at maid of the mist and we ended up taking the last boat tour (still no illumination as advertised in the tour package). The tour guide/ bus driver asked us to return to bus by 8:30 pm when we finish our boat tour. However, only a few of the passengers (including us) came on time, while others returned at ~ 8:50 pm. Few of the passengers LEFT the tour since they were annoyed / bored of waiting. Then after everyone returned bus driver announced few of the attractions will not be covered as they are already closed and took us to daredevil museum. Please do not go by the name, this happens to be a souvenir shop and not a museum and wasted about 15 minutes there. Then she took us to Goat island and told us that is ALSO closed and so are the rest of parks or attractions and took us back to where the trip had begun. So at the end, we ended up taking ONLY the maid of the mist boat tour and paid 4 times the money that we had paid to the tourist company ( We paid 4* $50= $200 for 4 adults while the maid of the mist tour costs only 4*$13.50=$54). The company refused to refund the money for the part of the tour that was not completed. Please stay away from these people.
