Run by Reverends Gerard Fedell and Barry Lillis out of Quality Hotel & Suites in downtown Niagara Falls, this chapel has wed 2,000 couples in the past five years - and not just in the chapel. Marriages and vow renewals have taken place in the Falls Observation Tower, next to the Falls, in a helicopter, and in the Wintergarden. Prices range from USD295-USD595 and include wedding music, minister, witness, marriage certificate, hotel room for one night, and a bottle of champagne.
