Enjoy chicken, ribs, pulled pork and more in Lewiston's first authentic BBQ smokehouse. Meats are slow smoked up to 14 hours in their wood pit BBQ smoker. Start out with an appetizer, perhaps some smoked chicken wings or “hawg wild” pig wings; pork shanks deep fried and rolled in barbecue sauce. Try some of their signature pulled pork or perhaps some St. Louis style or baby back ribs. Home-made sides include coleslaw, potato salad, Cajun corn, Brickyard beans and more. Save room for dessert; Southern-style cheesecake or pecan pie anyone?
