In Italy, Ravenna is an old Roman and Byzantine city, also famous for its importance to early Christianity. Its namesake in Ohio, southeast of Cleveland, may not be as connected to Italian culture, but it does have Alessi's Restaurant to offer Italian fare to patrons. Appetizers include classic Italian fare like Bruschetta, but also more playful items like Cajun Grilled Shrimp and Chicken. Entrées include a variety of Italian meat dishes, such as Veal/Chicken Parmigiano or Chicken alla Roma, as well as pasta dishes like Chicken Marsala over Linguini or Fettucini Alfredo.
