Blue Canyon Kitchen and Tavern is located in a picturesque lodge in Twinsburg, Ohio, just southeast of Cleveland. They've decorated the lodge in a rustic, comfortable fashion, and the menu includes many American comfort food staples, such as Bacon Mac and Cheese or Short Rib. The menu also includes several steak options, and even a daily "wild game" special, along with entrée salads, pizzas, and pasta dishes. There are a handful of vegetarian options, such as a Tomato, Pesto and Goat Cheese pizza. Blue Canyon is also open for Sunday brunch, and has a full bar with some food available later at night.
