Brasa Grill is a churrascaria, or Brazilian steakhouse. Brazilian steakhouses serve churrasco, which involves meat skewered and cut for the diners at their table. The style of cooking comes from ranchers who lived in southern Brazil, and gathered around campfires to grill meat which they cut for each other. Meat—like tenderloin, turkey, roast beef, filet mignon, sausage, and more—is cut at each patron's table. The whole meal is all-you-can-eat for a set price. Vegetarians or those looking for something lighter can choose the salad bar/buffet for a bit less, which also offers pasta and sushi. Brasa offers an extensive wine list and has a full bar, including the Brazilian drink guarana. - Marjorie Jensen
